A graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wrocław, she also completed Postgraduate Studies in European Funds Law at the University of Wrocław, Postgraduate Studies in Press, Copyright and Publishing Law at the Jagiellonian University, and Postgraduate Studies in Intellectual Property Protection at the University of Warsaw, supplemented by numerous training courses in the field of intellectual property protection. Since 2021, she has been a qualified Polish patent attorney and a professional representative before the EUIPO.

  

She brings extensive experience in intellectual property matters, including the drafting and reviewing of IP agreements, and works with academic institutions, research and development organisations, and entrepreneurs alike. Combining academic and business expertise, she provides effective advice on intellectual property protection, the commercialisation of intellectual property rights, and the development of patent strategies and brand protection.

  

In her professional practice, she prepares patent and utility model applications in the engineering and technical sciences, conducts proceedings before the Polish Patent Office and the EUIPO, analyses the state of the art, and advises on IP aspects of R&D projects. She also conducts training sessions and workshops on intellectual property, with a particular focus on the scientific and academic sector.
