He holds MA in Law (Jagiellonian University), LLM in International & Comparative law (Vrije Universiteit Brussels) and PhD in Management (Jagiellonian University). He practices in prosecution of patent & trademark registrations and in litigation proceedings (common courts, administrative courts, arbitration courts) concerning intellectual property rights as well as he does intellectual property audits and valuations and develops systems for intellectual property management. He has gained over ten years’ experience in the field.

Author and co-author of numerous works in regulatory, advertising and industrial property law i.a. monographs Reklama, promocja i informowanie o sponsorowaniu napojów alkoholowych (C.H.
